The investors of "Die Höhle der Löwen" are listening to exciting pitches again. Who gets a deal this time? Perhaps the "Rescher" grill attachment.

Alexander Feilen and Tobias Daniel have a common passion: grilling. The two founders come from Bavaria, where resch means crispy and therefore their attachment, which they invented for the grill, is also called Rescher. With the product made of stainless steel, which is placed on the grill, the meat should get the perfect cooking point and become nice and crispy. The two want 50,000 euros for 20 percent of their company.

"Smartbraille": More books for the blind
Ralph Brey brought a very special invention with him. He writes thrillers in his spare time and was surprised when he learned how much paper it takes to translate a book into Braille. Consumption is very high. So he invented an e-book reader that not only translates novels into Braille, but also uses less electronics than other devices for the blind. Instead of several Braille characters next to each other, his "Smartbraille" uses only one character that always changes as the user reads on. He wants to launch significantly more books for the blind. 20 percent of his company is worth 300,000 euros to him.

The founders Alice Özserin and Anne Baltes-Schlueter founded "The Plant Box", a start-up with which they want to make German balconies greener. They offer planting for boxes, but with a special trick: the plants come in sheep's wool socks. Why? These provide raw materials for growth and are biodegradable. The two women want 150,000 euros for ten percent of the company.
"Res-T" wants to revolutionize the life jacket
Marco Colombo, Gina-Luca Menn and Nadine Zdych love stand-up paddling. Life jackets are of course mandatory, but they noticed that not every life jacket is the same. Depending on the body of water, you need more or less freedom of movement, and life jackets rarely have a cool look. The "Res-T" wants to change that. This is a T-shirt that inflates into a life jacket within two seconds. For this practical trick, the entrepreneurs want 80,000 euros for 15 percent of their start-up.
