Tourist Bus Simulator is coming to Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 in May.
The Paderborn simulation specialists from Aerosoft bring the Tourist Bus Simulator to the next generation. The title, developed by the experienced simulation veterans TML Studios from Erfurt, will be released in May for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.
The Tourist Bus Simulator is the first bus simulation that Aerosoft publishes for the current consoles – the title is already available for the PC and has been able to build up a large fan base there.
Tourist Bus Simulator offers a detailed replica of the Spanish island of Fuerteventura with a large number of roads, dirt tracks, cities, villages and beautiful beaches. All areas can be driven on. Thanks to the 1:5 scale, long bus tours in the MAN Lion's Coach can be completed in a comfortable travel time. The bus is available in two sizes and different designs suitable for the respective task.
On Fuerteventura, players create their own bus empire. The broader the range of scheduled trips, hotel shuttles and sightseeing tours, the more passengers are attracted. The tasks of the players include not only trips across the island, but also the vehicle fleet management including regular care and maintenance of the vehicles and planning of the staff. Players can reinvest their winnings in a variety of ways, for example by buying real estate, expanding their fleet or hiring more staff.
By bus via Fuerteventura: 20 towns and beaches faithfully reproduced in detail, but also mountain passes and impressive sights as well as three ports await the bus driver and their passengers. There are hiding places and other unusual places for players to discover.
Large selection of vehicles: behind the wheel of the MAN Lion's Coach and Lion's Coach C, players explore the Canary Island. Several thematically appropriate bus designs are available for the respective tasks. There is also an off-road and service vehicle.
Passengers and bus drivers on the way: At the individual stops, players must pay particular attention to the passengers getting on and off. Away from the tours, the bus drivers have the opportunity to get off the buses and walk around freely in the area.
Versatile offer – Only the best for the passengers: Players offer their passengers a comfortable hotel shuttle service and take them from the airport to the hotel and back. Tourists are transported across the entire island on scheduled trips, while sightseeing tours allow you to visit interesting places on a self-created route.
Extensive fleet management: Starting with the purchase of new buses, through stable WiFi connections to insurance contracts – there is a lot to consider when operating a bus. Regular care and maintenance of vehicles is just as important as filling up the tanks for the buses for upcoming tours or a well-stocked spare parts store.
Repairs and services can be used either in our own workshop or in an external workshop. In order to create space for more vehicles, the depot will be expanded if necessary. After long tours across the island, the vehicles are cleaned in the bus wash. In order to be protected in an emergency, players can also take out insurance for their company.
Personnel management: New drivers, tour guides and mechanics have to be recruited for the ever-growing bus empire. At the same time, players support the staff in finding apartments and look around for fitness centers and other leisure activities. Food should not be neglected either.
Buying real estate: Players invest their income in condominiums or even villas that can be furnished. In this way, step by step, they achieve a higher standard of living.
From beginner to professional bus driver: Through good driving performance, players gain more and more experience and thus rise in level.
